This Safety Leadership course teaches leaders how to create and sustain a safe workplace by applying evidence‑based safety leadership practices. Rooted in behavioral science, this workshop enables leaders to develop coaching skills, build engagement, foster positive accountability and adopt effective problem‑solving methods that support safety performance and organizational trust. Participants will explore how to improve their personal safety leadership behaviors and how to influence and reinforce critical safe behaviors in others.
This interactive two‑day working session is designed for anyone responsible for the safety of others, with practical tools and techniques that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
This programme delivers 16 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) / Continuing Professional Education (CPE). Please note that it is a self-certified training initiative and does not carry formal accreditation from any external CPD or CPE governing body.
